hält so um die 5000 - 6000 km, wenn man die Ketten rechtzeitig (durch-)wechselt.
erstemal 1400 km dann 2 Kette bis 4000 und dann wieder die erste Kette.

Ich benutze diesen HG Zahnkranz, um mein 80er Jahre Rennrad mit UG Freilauf zu erhalten. Dazu muss man an den HG Zahnrädern die eine schmaler Nut auf die Breite der anderen auffeilen bzw. -fräsen. Dann passt es auf den UG Freilauf und das Vintage Bike kann weiterfahren.
