First-class gravel groupset with a drivetrain designed for MTB

The GRX RX810 gravel groupset by SHIMANO is equipped with first-class technologies and is SHIMANO's high-end mechanical groupset for versatile and demanding gravel action. This gravel bike is equipped with a 1-speed drive system consisting of an 11-42 cassette and a 40 chainring. So you can enjoy 1x11 gears – Ideal for getting in the flow while off-roading or riding local trails.

Wide tyres and gravel wheels

Solidly built, versatile ROSE G THIRTY gravel wheels with mid-section rim profile and a wider inner rim width of 25 mm make sure the gravel bike can show its strengths on challenging off-road rides. Gravel-specific WTB tyres provide plenty of grip, thanks to larger knobs. They are thus also suitable for speed on difficult grounds.

Gravel handlebars for off-road rides

This gravel handlebar is specially designed for more demanding terrain or trail sections. The ergonomically shaped handlebar has a larger flare for more control and comfort on rougher grounds. With this, you can ride with high speed on difficult terrain, too.

Beskrivning

The BACKROAD GRX RX810 is suited for versatile and demanding gravel action. Equipped with the gravel-specific SHIMANO GRX RX810 as well as a singlespeed drivetrain, versatile and solidly built ROSE G THIRTY gravel wheels wrapped in WTB gravel tyres and with a gravel handlebar suitable for off-road use, this bike has everything you need to master difficult trails. This gravel bike is ideal for off-road tours that require a wide range of gears.

More long distance – Endurance
Flex is fun – massive comfort in the saddle and a gravity-specific frame fork geometry offers perfect handling on road, gravel and technical terrain. Only a dry throat can stop you.

More off-road – Action
The frame and fork now allow for a tyre width of up to 45 mm with 700c and up to 47 mm with 650b wheels. For rougher road conditions, perfectly adapted protectors at the down tube and chainstays shield from stone chips.

More experience – Adventure
Moreover, the BACKROAD has several mounting points for bottle cages, AnythingCages or bags for the ultimate versatility.

Ein mega Bike, dass mich jetzt täglich auf den Weg in die Arbeit begleitet. Ich habe noch einen anderen Sattel drauf, da der originale wirklich unbequem war.
Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

Good :
The bike is beautiful.
I appreciate the protections on the rear triangle.

Bad :
The geometry is not ideal (especially the 47cm frame)
no room for a decent handle bar bag or a frame bag.
Only one bottle cage allowed.
700x40 tyres barely fit.
So basically not a good pick for bikepacking.
(maybe it is different starting from 53cm frames).

Also the bike was around 9.4kg for a 47cm frame which is way more than I expected (considering that Rose claimed around 8.9kg for a 53cm frame).

As a last personal note, the handlebar drops are uncomfortable and make the levers hard to reach for small hands.

Es ist ein sehr geiles Fahrgefühl, es bringt auch mit der 1x11 Schaltung sehr gut die Berge hoch und runter. Ist auf meinen Touren bist jetzt ein treuer und robuster Begleiter.

Super Fahrrad, leider wurde der ListenPreis einem Monat nach Kauf um 500 Eur gesenkt....keine gute Idee für einen zukünftigen Kauf

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, habe ich nun endlich mein Traumbike bekommen.

1. Erste Bestellung war am 5.02.2023 Bike kam nach sechs Tagen , ich super happy,
siehe da, die Steuersatzschraube greift nicht, alles wieder einpacken zurück schicken ☹
2. Zweite Bestellung 20.02 2023 habe ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten mir ein „Neues“ Bike zu schicken,
Was kam exakt dass Bike von der ersten Bestellung, Steuersatz lässt sich klemmen, aber es war die alte Schraube (Innensechsechskant Rund!!!)
Ok, dachte ich wechsel ich die Schraube und gut ist. Aber als das Vorderrad drauf war, schleift die Bremse, und das nicht zu knapp.
Also alles wieder einpacken und wieder zurück schicken, wieder nix mit fahren.
3. Dritte Bestellung am 02.03.2023 hab dann ein „Neues“ Bike bekommen, und bin super happy damit.
Das Bike an sich was die Qualität etc angeht echt Top, allerdings sollten die Warenausgangskontrollen, sofern es welche gibt besser funktionieren.
4. Ende Gut alles gut……?
Fast, ich bin super Happy mit dem Bike, leider kam nie eine Entschuldigung seitens Rose, noch eine Endschädigung oder dergleichen.
Enttäuschend!!!
