Gates Carbon Drive Tension Tester Belt Tension Meter

Get the right tension – with the Tension Tester by Gates!

A correct belt tension is crucial for the perfect functioning of the Gates carbon drive belt. A belt tension that is too low can cause the teeth of the belt to slip over the teeth of the rear sprocket. If the tension is too high, this can cause damage to the rear hub bearing, make the whole system sluggish or lead to increased wear.

With the Gates Tension Tester, you can check in a fast and reliable way if you ride with the correct belt tension.
