The TWIST FIVE HR S VL+ sports glasses by ALPINA are the slim fit version of the popular TWIST FIVE series. Their self-tinting VARIOFLEX lenses adapt to every light situation. Therefore, you do not have to replace the lenses when the sun comes out. A FOGSTOP coating prevents a fogging of the lenses.

VARIOFLEX:
The self-tinting lenses react to UV light. When exposed to UV light radiation, chemical elements inside the lens open up and produce a darkening effect. Thus, the glasses adapt to prevailing light conditions within seconds.

FOGSTOP:
A coating on the inside of the lenses that comes with a rough surface to prevent water drops to form a covering layer. In this way, moisture can condense faster which avoids a fogging of the lenses.

HYDROPHOBIC LENS:
The water-repellent nanostructure of the lenses simply repels water and dirt.

2-COMP:
The combination of a hard frame and soft rubber earpieces and nose pads provides a perfect fit of the glasses and especially high comfort.

ADAPTABLE NOSEPAD:
Rubberised nose pads that can also be deformed when cold to allow for a firm and comfortable fit.

ADJUSTABLE INCLINATION:
Thanks to adjustable temples the glasses can be tilted towards the forehead. This reduces draft when riding downhill.

OPTIMIZED AIRFLOW:
Heavily curved lenses and an indirect air flow counteract a fogging of the lenses.
