The Schwalbe Magic Mary Evolution in the Super Trail variety is part of the newest stage of development for Schwalbe’s Evolution Line mountain bike tyres.

With the Super Trail casing, the tyre is a versatile all-rounder. It is suitable for trail and all-mountain use, but is just dying for challenging enduro and downhill trails. The Magic Mary with ADDIX Ultra Soft Compound has the perfect rubber compound for hardcore use in demanding terrain. Extremely soft to take on really tough challenges with maximum damping and optimal grip. The soft ADDIX Ultra Soft rubber literally digs into the ground to offer great grip. It is suitable for every season, because the improved cold weather performance promises no compromises in grip and damping, even in winter.

The tyre also wins points with its aggressive and open profile, as well as special V-grooves, which help each knob to better bite into the ground, for even more grip. The three-layer “Super Trail” casing under the centre tread convinces with an Apex insert at the sides and a chafer placed directly against the bead to offer additional protection against punctures and grinding at the rim. The proven SnakeSkin insert, providing excellent cut protection, isn’t just built into the side walls, but also along the entire surface.
In addition, Schwalbe has introduced a foldable bead core and improved tubeless mounting. “Super-Trail” is similarly built to Schwalbe’s “Super-Ground” casing, but is somewhat more stable and therefore a bit heavier.

Magic Mary’s profile features especially strong shoulder knobs which ensure excellent cornering traction. The angled flat knobs on the centre tread also result in lower rolling resistance. That's why the well thought-out intermediate tread won't let you down in almost any terrain and a wide range of conditions!

Tip:
With its gripping tread pattern, the Schwalbe Magic Mary can be used on either the front or rear wheel. If you are looking for a tyre combination with somewhat less rolling resistance, Schwalbe recommends combining the Magic Mary on the front wheel with the Big Betty on the rear wheel (product code: 2306307).
